Quotations and orders

Catalogue products are offered by quotation. An enquiry or quotation request is not an order. Before you commit, your quotation specifies the products, quantities, prices, applicable taxes, delivery charges and times, payment terms and any installation arrangements.

The specific terms of sale are supplied with the quotation for your agreement before the order is confirmed.

Custom products and coffee programmes

Custom tables are available from 10 pieces, by quotation. Dimensions, materials and finishes are specified before production. Coffee, matcha, chocolate and pastries can be ordered without an equipment programme. Offers including a machine and grinders require a separate agreement setting out each party’s commitments.

After-sales service and enquiries

Coffee machines include one year of after-sales service, with the services detailed in your quotation. An additional maintenance agreement may be offered. This service supplements and does not replace applicable statutory guarantees. Consumers retain their statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal where applicable.
