Boiler, heat exchanger, thermoblock: what is the difference?
Dual or multi-boiler: coffee and steam have separate heating circuits. Heat exchanger (HX): brew water heats as it passes through an exchanger inside the boiler. Thermoblock: water heats while flowing through a metal block. A hybrid system combines a boiler and a thermoblock.
PID regulates temperature through a feedback control loop. An NTC sensor measures temperature. These specifications do not establish an hourly coffee output.
